I'll like to add that the Street Fighter 4 Pads for Xbox 360 also have common ground and thus are easy to mod.


Also, the PCB of the SF pad can be cut down by 2/3. I managed to make a really compact SAT/PSX/NeoGeo-adaptor with this PCB. It's not much larger than a commercial PSX->USB adaptor:
