DO NTSC consoles and PAL consoles have the same pinouts?

Can I use the scart RGB cables from pal consoles for my NTSC consoles?
I do have a multisystem tv with RGB scart inputs, so the only thing I was wondering is will european scart cables work with NTSC consoles.

Not always. Nintendo consoles, in particular, are notorious for A/V pinouts that differ among the regions. In general, when the pinout varies there's a note in the GamesX article or wiki page. If you're in doubt after reading, ask here.
