Human os and sxwindows re-installation

Dear all,

My ace-hd has a problem with the hard disk and some files went corrupted so the sx windows doesn't start anymore with a funny japanese error message (a popup with a car burning !).

Does anybody knows if there is some kind of english translation for a procedure to format the hard disk, reinstall the human os and the sx windows ? I'm a bit lost with all the japanese messages.

   Do you know anyone who speaks Japanese? I'm sure they could give you the gist of what's going on better than anyone here really could.

   Don't feel too bad if you can't get help though- SX-Windows kind of sucks.
