GameCube Import Mod

Hello,
My friend just got a brand new game from his uncle and unfortunatly, his uncle lives in England so the game is PAL. He tried playing it back on his cube (he's kinda dumb...) and it oviously didn't work.
He's kinda pissed now as he has 3 games that he can't use on his Cube. I told him to buy a FreeLoader but he refuses as "he doesn't trust the internet" for buying stuff  :rolleyes:

But anyways, if there is a mod to do this please post.
