Heyya!

Im having this problem with my precious SFC. Something seems to have happened with the RGB cable.. The colors are all messed up, dont remember exactly how, but theyre mixed up somehow. I have tried other nintendo RGB cables, but they wont work with this japanese sfc. I dont even get color when I use a standard A/V cable, and yes, I have a NTSC compatible TV. The RGB cable that worked is pretty weird too, it has "SPEC" written on it and it doesnt have as many pins as a normal rgb cable does.. Ive also tried opening the cable to see if there were any loose wires, but I didnt find any..
Anyone have a suggestion as to how I might be able to solve this problem? Either by modifying my SFC to somehow be compatible with other video cables, or how to fix the now broken rgb cable..?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well, I can now add that the screen gets too green with the cable that used to work, and way too bright with a standard PAL rgb cable.
wouldnt it be possible to modify a PAL rgb cable to work on a japanese snes?
