Need copy of XFLOPPY please or working boot disc

G'day from Australia,

I have finished repairing a X68000 C600-cz original grey with twin floppies, replaced crystal and PSU but it did not come with any OS discs.
I have recapped the floppy drives (old caps tested fine) and tried to write some floppies using OMNI floppy, but cannot get the discs to read.  The unit sucks the disk in, tries to read and ejects.  I have cleaned heads etc....

Does anyone have a copy of Xfloppy, because it feels like a format issue, and not a hardware issue so I would like to try to burn a master disc with some other software.

Or is there someone in Aus who can make me a working disc?
