Where are the ROM on this motherboard?
Looking for the IPL rom and CGROM: 1 MB (128 kB BIOS, 768 kB Character Generator)

I'm just guessing but the only thing that's out of place is IC64. IC65 and IC44 next to it are SRAM.

Yes its IC 64. CGROM and IPL and whatnot is memory mapped onto it.
I removed one and dumped it recently.

Are you debugging something or have any questions?
