ATX power supply

I'm using an old atx power supply for my electronics workbench and I was wondering if anyone knows how I can turn on the voltage using the green power on wire or by jumping something on the board itself.

Never mind, it ends up it just connects to ground. I tried that earlier before I posted, but it ends up I had a faulty connection so the power wasn't fully plugged in <_<
