How to convert a game from 15 khz to 31 khz that does not have this option?

Hello.

I would like to play Chase H.Q. with the X68000 Expert connected to the Trust monitor at 31 khz. But this game only supports 15 khz, so you can only play it with the X68K emulator if you don't have the 15 khz monitor.

Is there any way to convert this game from 15 to 31 khz via Human OS command line?
