Video Connectors, Where to buy?

Just bought some extron switches and want to make my own cables, however i am having no luck finding Nintendo AV connectors or Playstation AV connectors that I can wire up myself.

I have been considering getting cheap cables off ebay and seeing if i can tear them apart as an alternative but would rather have a higher quality end result.
