RGB monitors

I'm looking for some good flatscreen RGB (or SCART) monitors like this one. Though I prefer a 4:3 ratio. It seems that most PAL TVs in Europe support NTSC, but the NTSC tvs here don't support PAL or even have RGB inputs unless they're HD. It wouldn't kill the US to have a SCART-like cable for NTSC TVs.

EDIT: Speaking of HD. I want this interlaced or dual-scan (no upconversion!).
