Is it possible? I now it is SASI, but is there space internally, or there are other issues?
Anybody can tell?

It ought to work with the SxSI setup but I've never tried.

The OG has no internal space for a HDD.

Yep, I know, but the intension is to use with SD card.
SCSI2SD uses micro-SD.
