X68000 PRO doesn't power on

I received my PRO model today and I can't get it on. Pressing the power switch doesn't do a thing. I already tested that my EU transformer to 100V is working and is surely capable of the watt amount. Is there hardware on/off switch located somewhere else or was it totally removed from PRO model?

I opened the case and had a look inside but I can't find visually anything damaged. The computer was already recapped and working before.

sigh..... 


EDIT: I found broken fuse in the power supply. I keep my fingers crossed that it was broken only because of rough handling during shipment.

EDIT2: Today on electronic service and I feel like being in bad soap opera. My power transformer sends only 76 volts at 60Hz!    Also that the Sharp power source is actually rated 120V!
