POWER ON INTERRUPTOR

Hello Guys,
i want ask you if is possible fix this interruptor for hold in "ON" position...,wiring the pins...,the Button is absolutely destroyed and for this reason i want do this

the only pin with track is the one with the arrow,the others pins dont have track,
is from X68000 CZ-634C
i hope someone can tell me the way to do this,thanks in advance.
