Need some Big Box help! (Rainbow Islands Extra & Tatsujin Ou)

Guys,
Hopefully someone can help - I have bought CD only versions of both Rainbow Islands Extra and Tatsujin Ou. They have the inner CD inlay and reg card etc. and I wondered if anyone would be able to scan me the large outer box packaging inlay/insert?

If I can get this, I can source a couple of similar plastic cases for some random late 80's/early 90's Japanese computer game, and use the case as a donor for my games!

Clearly this is only for my personal use, and I don't intend to go on a mad CD burning and bootlegging spree! The key here is it would need to be a high resolution scan, so I can get a decent printer to make me an inlay on some kind of glossy paper (if anyone has any experience of this, please let me know).
