Amiga Compact Flash HD tutorial?

A buddy of mine just got me an Amiga 500 for Christmas, and I'd like to do a CF hard drive mod for it.  I know how to install it (it's much easier than with the 68K Compact), but what I'm looking for is a simple way to install a disk image onto it, much like the 68K images on this site...or maybe where to get them? [Mods--let me know if that's not cool and I'll edit the post].

If you have experience doing this, any help you could give me would be much appreciated.
