Where is disp15v2.lzh

I was reading an old thread and noticed disp15v2.lzh
I read that it forces 15khz mode and wanted to try it for LHES.

The reason being, my LCD Monitor seems to output better with my X68000 at 15khz than it does with 31khz (the bottom bar is cut off).
However, I can't find the file for download anywhere.

Has anyone got a link?

I had to rename it to .zip in order to attach it. Original extension was .lzh.
