X68000 on crt tv 15 KHZ possible?

What do you think about this cable :

Can i use my X68000 compact with this cable on my sony pvm (15 KHZ CRT)?

I would like to use capcom games in 15 KHZ (strider, final fight etc...).

I have a homemade by myself SCART cable and it works fine on my CRT TV and CompactXVI, I don't know if the one of the link is good also for LCD TV (which I presume it's the yours)

I have used one of those cables on my SCART CRT & it worked fine. It didn't work quite so well on one of my LCD TVs though.
