A couple of Wiki changes

I was adding some stuff to the wiki today and noticed that the table of contents was in the wrong place.  I've fixed that, shoving it to the top-right corner where it belongs.  It shouldn't break anything, but if it does you know what to do.

Also I narrowed the width of the thing since as my monitor gets wider the wiki became more annoying to read.  It's 1024px wide now, because I think 800px is too narrow.  Your comments are welcomed.
