Mega Drive(jap) on PC Monitor

Hi to all!!

I have a LG CRT 17'' Flatron T730SH, which has beautiful colours, and I was wondering if I can show RGB from my Mega Drive on it.

I read a lot of posts, but the only one that mentioned a PC monitor, was pretty discouraging...But it was from 2006....

Is there a way to do this task I want, without using expensive upscalers? Maybe multiplying the H+V Sync???

I saw some Youtube videos (Mega drive on RGB Mode), and was amazed with the results I've seen....
