Sony "Profeel" KX-27PS1 scart connector problem

ive got a Sony "Profeel" KX-27PS1. ive modded my pc engine duo for rgb scart and used it on other tv's but when i plug it into the sony monitor i get no picture. Do i need to have 9-12v for the monitor to switch to rgb scart mode ? on one of the other posts about sony profeel line of monitors someone said something about the scart wiring on this particular model isnt consistent with the standard scart wiring ?

Nevermind i added a 12+ to pin 8 and a 100k resistor to pin 16  of my scart cable and i used a 12v transformer to power it. it switched to rgb mode
