Bypass SNES CIC in cartridge

I have a jailbroken Super Nintendo, which allows me to play games without CIC. I recently got an original cartridge without the CIC chip. I would like to know what type of connection I need to make between the CIC pins, so that the cartridge works on the Super Nintendo. When I put the cartridge in the Super Nintendo, the image on the screen goes black and does not blink either.

I'm confused, you have a SNES that plays carts without a CIC, and you have a cart without a CIC, and it doesn't work?
