I want use SNES output RGB signal to PC and TV in VGA interface, is 15 D sub not japanese 21 pin.
In the VGA must connect R , G, B , GND , H SYNC , V SYNC.
But SENS multi port only have a CSYNC (Composite Sync) and CVBS (Composite Video ).

You might be able to get these signal off of the board somewhere like with PS1's, but I'm not sure about SNES.

Anyway SNES outputs a 15KHz horizontal frequency while VGA uses 31KHz, unless your display can take a 15KHz horizontal frequency like some plasma TVs apparently can.

The Snes RGB only work in the ARC mon. , as you said.
Right?

Monitors described as VGA units may or may not also accept 15 kHz signals. You'll need to scrutinize the specifications sheet for any hardware to determine what kind of signal it can process.

It's also worth mentioning that 'arcade monitor' isn't a single category either. Some monitors will only accept a 24 kHz signal, notably the "medium-resolution" horizontal screen you find in some Sega Model 2 units like Virtua Fighter 2. But in general, most VGA monitors will not accept the RGB output of the Super Nintendo.

Err..so bad.
My TV mon. VGA was accept 31.5k signal. That's panasonic TV 32".

As you said. The SNES only can output 15k signal. So can't no accept my TV and PC VGA....

Someone tell he make a SFC to RGB->VGA(TV).
He use LM1881 connect SENS CVBS (Composite Video) and output V sync signal.
But I don't know the H sync ignore ???
