Trying to reapir a SNES

The thing won't power up. There's two components I dunno what in the hell they are, and, therefore, how to test them. They are marked as RC01 and SOC 1.5A.

Any ideas welcome.

The thing marked 1.5A is a 1.5amp PicaFuse, test it for continuity and then replace it if it's fried.
