Is there a way to mod a RGB Cable on the SNES, Genesis & the Master System for Component..I know if someone could slice one end of the RGB Cable's for the SNES to the Component Wires..That could be possable

You would have to use a component encoder, like the neobitz. None of the consoles you mentioned outputs component, that's why we can't just make a cable and needs the encoder.
