Do someboddy have a link to a guide how to ocerclock a Playstation "1"?

I have OC'ed my N64 but its only work up to the 2.0x setting.
What about the 3.0x setting? All the replys i have read is from people where the only work up to 2.0x. Did somebody make it work with the 3.0???
