make your own s-video cables

is there a guide anywhere to make you own s-video cable

i bought a duo-r that has a a rgb/svideo mod done to it and it has a 8pin video out on the back .(looks like the genesis 8 pin port)
and i need the cable o i can out but s-video

And then, please, tell me you didn't just ask for a pinout for a custom mod to a console.  How are we supposed to know?

Finally, the Duo doesn't output Svideo, only composite and RGB.  If the guy who made or sold you the console knows for sure it has Svideo there's a good chance he knows how to get the Svideo out of the system.  Ask him your questions, or open the thing up and figure it out yourself.  It's not hard.

this duo has sometime of rgb scart mod which puts out the svideo signal .
the problem is that it a 8-pin type connector same as on the neo geo ,
but where can i find some one who makes that type of connector ?

Ask the guy who made it.  The TYPE of connector means NOTHING, you can wire that connector more than 16 million ways.  The Neo doesn't output Svideo either.

Now if you only want the connector, not the pinout, there's dozens of places to order it only.
