Dream Passport (JAP)

I recently bought a dreamcast browser from a friend, he sold it to me for a cheap price. I know it is a japanese cd and me having a chinese ancestry, thought I could decipher some of the kanji words but to my awe it is all written in japanese and only little chinese word, does anybody here knows where I can find a translation of the said browser? I've tried searching the web but I found no good results any help will be greatly appreciated thanks in advance

I don't live in Japan anymore.  You can probably find English DC browsers on Ebay without trouble, it was included on most magazine demo discs.
