Very minor modding question

SNES.
PAL.
50/60Hz switch.
Would I need to have any special considerations to powering, etc, if I wanted to attach two LEDs so that the power light would be, for example, red in 50Hz mode and green in 60Hz mode?

You can go ahead and plug in as many LEDs as you want.  As long as you don't wire them wrong you're not going to draw near enough current to hurt the SNES.
