My Xbox RGB SCART cable recently has started producing a rolling image.
Also although the audio is stereo I've noticed that *sometimes* it only gives me mono.
What could be wrong with it exactly?
Bad soldering in the SCART plug itself?

open it up and resolder it, if it's still stuffed, the soldering was fine.
you should be able to completely remake the cable if both plugs can be opened. i suppose it could even be the fault of cheap cable which has broken after being bent alot.. is it an official cable or a cheap one? but being a gamesx member, im sure you wont have any trouble with a simple cable :P do some tests with a multimeter, make sure the resistances between the xbox end and the scart end are, or are near zero.

Well it was kind of medium price I think.
Anyway, I'll resolder it tomorrow.
Another strange thing I've noticed about it is there was a slight blurring to the right side of the screen, not a lot, but just enough to raise a small "wtf?" in your head.
