RGB possible on a ColecoVision?

Anybody have any idea if RGB outputs are possible on a ColecoVision, and if so how.  I'd like to have the best picture possible with my new display.

Yes, european Coleco have RGB out with scart plug.

Are you saying that a stock European ColecoVision has a SCART plug on the back?
