NES Four Score plug #2 pins

Hi,
   I got my hands on a old NES Four player adapter the Four Score.  the second plug was crushed when i got of the two plug combo that plugs into the NES.  There are two wires that i can tell go to the plug 2 side.  A green one and yellow one.  Does any one know were they go to in the pin settings 1-7?  Please let me know as i want to fix it for a Xmas present.  Thanks.
