It seems that V and H-Sync are broken on my CX20. I accidentally used an X68k to Scart cable with H and V-Sync connected together. Now there is only one image when I use pin 7 c-sync.
Strangely, my OSSC shows the correct Sync Hz and Khz values on the display. But no picture, 2 Extron devices show "no signal" and the LED on the SLG3000 stays off even when there is a connection.
So it seems to be V-Sync, possibly H-Sync too.

Are there any schematics out there to see what's in the wires?

There are no schematics.

My gen4 tower works. Ill poke and probe it if you need me to. Im going to assume some transistors are broken?

Can you attempt to trace backwards on your computer starting at hsync/vsync pins with oscilloscope until you get a reading? That way we can find what components died out and I can identify them on my board.

Meanwhile it works again. It had a short on H and V-Sync.
So I followed the traces and not far from the Port there is a 74LS08 as a buffer in position 1F.
I replaced it and the picture is back.
The only thing was that I ordered the wrong size so I had to lengthen the legs.
Looks ugly, but works. Next time i must order the right size.
