I think most hdd images come with some music bundled in. Mostly in the form of mdx files, and a certain mdx music player. Do a search and I am sure you will find them.

Demo scenes are a western thing, so, as far as I know you won't find anything of the sort made for Japanese systems, it simply just never was a part of Japanese PC culture. I suppose the closes thing is homebrew games like Cho Ren Sha, where the developers got to flex their programming muscles.
