Looking for CRTCHK.x 768.x and LCDFIX.x

I was browsing on Yahoo! Auction site and came across this item:

The owner said that there some programs in Human68K that can be used to alleviate the issue on display not fitting into a standard CRT, such as 768.x or LCDFIX.x

Has any of you come across such programs? What about CRTCHK.x?
