Help with configuring Classic PC CF Adapter to work with Sharp X68000 Ace HD

Hey.

I'm trying to get Classic PC CF Adapter CLPC-CFSxSI321-SF (https://classicpc.org/jp/%e5%a4%89%e6%8f%9b%e7%95%aa%e9%95%b7pro-%e7%9b%b4%e4%bb%98%e3%83%a2%e3%83%87%e3%83%ab-v-3-2-2-6/) to work externally with Sharp X68000 Ace HD which is SASI machine. I'm trying to follow articles like https://gamesx.com/wiki/doku.php?id=x68000:hard_drive_on_sasi_machine and https://gamesx.com/wiki/doku.php?id=x68000:installing_scsi2sd_on_x68000_externally but I just can't get machine to recognize the adapter and my cf card with X68000_V4.HDS written on it.

I'm extremely confused with Classic PC's guide: https://classicpc.org/jp/wp-content/uploads/cfSxsi321_en_byGoogle.pdf. There are these options they are talking about which I thing is related to this program that makes image files with certain naming convention: https://classicpc.org/jp/wp-content/uploads/HddImageFileMaker-v1.0.0.0.zip. The guide tells me to copy the produced file to fat32 formatted cf card and use it on your classic pc. To me that doesn't make any sense or am I not understanding something?

Anyone have any experience with the adapters they sell and could help me through the setup? Or if you can see through that guide pdf and tell me what to do?
