CPS2 Cabinet. CRT isn't getting power

So, I recently got my hands on a CPS2 cabinet, and after dragging it into my house, I discovered that there was a lot of disconnections and problems right off the bat. I replaced a pot switch, 2 diodes, a 3v battery, and the AC wires on the CRT board. After replacing and soldering for a week or two, I fired up the cabinet. The CPS2 motherboard seemed to get power, but the CRT is still dead. Any suggestions?
