Identifying a resistor in a FM Towns 20f

Hi all,

I've just been recapping my psu and noticed one of the resistors was blown. R8 , I think its a 3.3k ohm but I thought i would check.

Also IC51 is leaking goops am I right in saying its a MB3759?

Sooo looking forward to getting this up and running, thanks!
