Registration Headaches

It seems an anti-spam plugin was causing some grief for new registrations, and so I've updated it.  The registration agreement page, the first thing seen for new users, now includes a contact-the-admin link as well.

Sorry to the one or two guys who tried a dozen times to sign up.  =)

It's all working well now, so that's alright!
I would suggest maybe adding the contact-the-admin link on the error page as well, unless it's a standard error page that you have no control over.

Mostly it's a matter of being lazy.  Also, it's fixed, so I can't easily track that error.  =)
