PS2 Memory Card Technical Info

Hi,
  I'd like to know if anyone has technical information on the PS2 memory cards. I'd like to know the pinouts and data format. I think it's the same as a PS1 card because it would be stupid to make the two different, but to have the same mechanical connector. I know there's a .txt file out there somewhere that summarizes this stuff, but I lost it when I installed a new hard drive. I'm going to make a card reader, but I need this info first.

DUDE ITS TOTALLY DIFFERENT. PS2 MEM CARDS USE MAGICGATE TECHNOLOGY AND IF U PAY CLOSE ATTENTION GET A PS2 AND A PS1 UNIT. AND TRY TO PLUG THE PS2 MEMCARD IN THE PS1. WONT FIT HUH. THATS WHY. THEIR NOT THE SAME

I am interested in technical info. I want to know what is ground, and power so I can through in a LED. Any suggestions before I do that?
