Does anyone know where this software can be obtained ?

Maybe the "Oh! X 1992.07 DoGA CGA System v2.50 (1992)(Soft Bank)" of the TOSEC collection but not tested.
Additional exist 2 another floppy images: Ko-Window (19xx)(DoGA)(Disk 1 of 2)/Ko-Window (19xx)(DoGA)(Disk 2 of 2).
