Monitor cable for a Sharp CZ-612D

I just bought a Sharp CZ-612D monitor for my X68000 Compact, however it did not come with a cable to connect the two. Does anyone know where to buy such a cable?

I don't know anywhere outside of japan that'd have reason to sell a male-male DB15 cable.    You can order one from there, through the usual places, but it'll be quicker to build your own. 

It's just a straight-through cable, the pinouts are right here.  Start with a 15-pin extension lead and cut off the female end, replacing it with a DB15, or even a VGA cable and replace both ends.
