I was wondering what some good Video Capture Devices are out there.

First and foremost I'd be looking for some that accept 15khz RGB Sync signals, whether they be through SCART, Jap 21pin, BNC connectors, etc, changing the connectors is easy, but the card has to take 15khz RGB, if that's all it does that is fine.

I'd also be interested in other video capture devices as some of my systems don't allow 15khz RGB

30khz RGB such as VGA

S-Video

Composite Video

and lastly the ugly RF (hopefully I can mod all my systems to at least to Composite if nothing else)

if you can find an older Holo3dGraph II capture card, they are great.  But they tend to get a bit pricey.  This card will do what you want, and is very good :)

no RF though...;)
