Hi

My Sharp X68000 setup has a 40MB HD and has 2MB of RAM. I installed the game as instructed by the guide (repeating the process for all 4 disks) and when i try to run the game it seems to start loading and then i get the DOS screen with some message on (cant read Japanese). I m guessing i need more than 2MB of RAM in my system to play the HD installed version of have i messed up somewhere (wouldne surprise me!). Running the game off floppy works fine so it isnt corrupted floppies! Thanks for your time.

 Try modifying your config.sys and autoexec.bat files to the following:

config.sys

FILES     = 30
BUFFERS   = 20 1024
LASTDRIVE = Z:
USKCG     = \SYS\USKCG.SYS
DEVICE    = \SYS\FLOAT2.X

autoexec.bat

ECHO OFF
PATH A:\;A:\SYS;A:\BIN;A:\BASIC2;A:\ETC

P.S. Make sure that uskcg.sys and float2.x drivers are loaded. Remove any other drivers from your config.sys and autoexec.bat files. The game must be executed from pure DOS.

Best of luck and keep us posted !
