LM1881N working ok with 675 ohms

Following the sync separation circuit on here,i missed the k part ,for the value of the resistor ,so what i ended up using was 675 ohms instead of the 680k as per the data sheet .Magically it's working ok on my commodore 1084sd-1 here in the UK.
