lol ! nice work with the light mods...
Too bad I like to play on dark room and that would ruin my gameplay ...
So I personally am more inclined to actually remove lights from stuff haha

God ! That stupid blue led (Disc inserted led) on my PS3 drives me crazy sometimes... It's so bright  :o

I don't have the "guts" to gut that lights out... So I just stick a piece of isulation tape on the front of the PS3 when it's annoying me.

All the DC controllers I have here are of the boring white type ...

First-party colored Dreamcast pads are quite common in the United States. Only the yellow variety is uncommon, as it was the last one released and only in small quantities. You can still pick up red, green, and blue ones from the Sega Parts store, although they're going for around $15 or $20 a piece now that demand is starting to go up again,.

I want to get my hands on a grey controller, but it is more uncommon than yellow one :(
15 to 20$ is a good price IMO. At least I got my Yellow one for 20$, plus 20$ for shipping, and I got a NIB one :)

i have a grey one. came with my dreamcast. are you telling me it's rare? lucky. one of these days i'll buy myself a blue one (to go with my dc's color scheme) and a green one (to match my vmus).

I bought a bunch of the grey boxed controllers when they were on clearance from the American toy stores. The problem with the perceived rarity is that people aren't reselling Dreamcast hardware, so it seems less common that it actually is. Also, there's really no interest among the general public to trade-in that gear. Everybody who wants a Dreamcast has it already, and anybody who wants parts or peripherals has them too.

if anyone's got a transparent grey DC controller for sale, I'll be most definitely interested in one... my life would be lot easier if these were available in Europe...
