I was directed to this site from another form.  I hope someone can help me out.

The other day my friend gave me an Atari Jaguar in exchange for a SNES. When I first hooked it up, the power light came on and did not go off when I pressed the power button. It only went off when I unplugged it. There was no image on the tv at all when that happened. I unplugged everything and tried it again but this time nothing happened. No light at all. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Great ! It's better off his way.

Just kidding...

Sounds like another fuse problem here. You might have to open it up to look around for it. Sometimes it appears as a small resistor-like element called a Picafuse. Just replace it with a new one (I'm not too sure where to look) or a glass one if there's enough room inside the console (which in the case of the Jaguar, there may not be), and it should be good as new. Be glad there's no power; it probably means nothing's been fried! Good luck!
