By any chance, do you have a debug or other hacked bios chip in your AES? If you do, you might have to set colors or other boot parameters in order to get the thing to run correctly. If you could describe any symptoms other than all-white overlay video layers, that'd be helpful.

oh,it,s original.
i don,t change the bios chip.
so...

and it,s another photo like this

and in all games like the top photo.

You might consider asking on the neo-geo.com forums.  They have a tech support forum with very knowledgable people, it's possible they've seen something like this before.

Check your RF cable. I've had a Neo Geo AES RF adapter that produced a picture like that.

but i do it AV cable :o

Have you tried another AV cable? I'm trying to help you rule out any other possible issues before saying it's the console.

Also, are you using a cartridge convertor of any type? You say you're running an AES, but the screens look suspiciously like they go with an MVS version of the game. It's possible that you might have some cart connector issues if you're using a pass-through connector to run MVS carts on your AES.

-KKC, who makes a mental note to look for Neo Geo stuff over the holidays.
