ummm well my frineds say they could kick my butt on halo if they wern't using a controller (because they play comp and not console that much... excuses lol)... so my question was can I some how use mouse and keybored and xbox for FPS games... thanks

Many original Xbox games support keyboard input for text via a USB adapter. However, I'm not aware of any game that natively supports a keyboard/mouse interface in place of the controller. This sounds like a wonderful opportunity to wire up an adapter.

That's likely temporary. They'll just start another company and do the same thing with a different name.
They moved to legitimate business practices and did better. They won't be gone long. Well, at least not after Sony goes under for the PS3...

In any case tototek has the adapters.

Doesn't matter about lik-sang, there are all kinds of other places you can get them, just google.

They aren't worth a crap either because you get no acceleration, but hey, if you've gotta have it.

Well, that depends on the settings and the game or so I read.
If the game implements joystick lag....it's stupid. My head and body don't weigh 200/2000 pounds respectively and they aren't mounted on ball bearings.
I don't slowly build up into a turn....

But yeah, those games don't work well with a mouse for obvious reasons, and the lack of analog left hand action...is a boon.
I say walk OR run!
