Issues with Matsui 20V1R TV

Well, I have had this TV for quite some years now and its picture quality in RGB is exceptional, even when compared with my newer Samsung CI5344N TV.
There is 2 things I have noticed about it since I have had this TV.

1. The picture size seems to extend past the actual corners of the TV screen.  Most noticable in 60htz games.  It has always done this and ive no idea why, or how to fix it.

2. In 60htz games theres a red, green and blue line going across the top of the screen.  Another issue its had every since I got it.  No idea how to fix it.

If anyone has seen these perticular issues befor and has any solutions, please post them.  The TV is just sitting here under my desk unused, and I would like to possibly put it to some use again, (since I have around 4 or 5 consoles sitting on my desk that I use)
